There’s History in a Name: Six Bridges Brewing
Get ready for Johns Creek’s first ever brewery!
Tyler Zari, marketing guru for Six Bridges, gives us the inside scoop of all there is to love about Six Bridges Brewing!
Six Bridges Brewing, named for the six bridges that once crossed the Chattahoochee in Johns Creek, will open its doors in November 2018. We’re located off Johns Creek Parkway, on Lakefield Drive.
We’re owned by a father & son team, Charles and Clay Gridley. Charles is a Georgia Tech Grad & former engineer, while Clay is a former ski-bum & firefighter. Both have shared a lifelong love of craft beer & are excited to bring their love of beer to Johns Creek.
Our main draw is our taproom, with 16 different taps of the freshest beer you can drink, two huge screens to watch your favorite sports, board games, high top tables, and an outdoor beer garden with shaded picnic tables. We’ll also offer tours of our production facility on Thursdays and Sundays. We allow dogs and kids, and hope that everyone that comes through our space feels relaxed and welcome. Our taproom will also double as a meeting and event space, available for reservation through our website.
Having 16 taps of constantly rotating beers ensures that there will be something for everyone. We’ll have IPA’s, sours, pastry stouts, barrel aged beers, and light ales and lagers, so you’ll always be able to find something you like.
We’ll start with six flagship beers: Shelby Golden Ale, Newtown Pale Ale, Medlock IPA, Warsaw Double IPA, Shakerag Saison, and State Bridge Stout. Outside of those, we’ll be sure to do some fun, funky, and experimental beers.
We try to do a good job of keeping our fans updated on our progress through social media, so please follow along on Instagram (@sixbridgesbrewing) and Facebook (@6bridgesbrewing). To learn a little more about our brewery and our beers, please check out our website.
