Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra – A Scandinavian Tour Concert

The Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra will continue its 15th anniversary
season presenting the concert, A Scandinavian Tour, Saturday, March 26, 2022, at 7:30 pm, at the  Johns Creek United Methodist Church, 11180 Medlock Bridge Road in Johns Creek.

Tickets will range from $18 – $42.50.
Groups of 10 or more receive a 15% discount on tickets.

A Scandinavian Tour – Join is for an evening of music that transports you and brings to life castles, fjords, glaciers, the legacy of the Vikings, and all that is Scandinavia. No passport required. The concert will include a variety of classic favorites including, Maskarade Overture by Carl Nielsen, Swedish Rhapsody by Andreas Hallen, Peer Gynt by Edvard Grieg and so much more. The night’s tour of Scandinavia will also feature Sibelius’ Violin Concerto performed by our very own Concertmaster Adelaide Federici.

Praised by Strad magazine for her “ingratiating tone” and “consistently reliable
technique,” violinist Adelaide Federici enjoys a varied musical career. She is concertmaster of the Johns Creek Symphony, assistant principal second of the Atlanta Opera Orchestra, member of the Atlanta Ballet Orchestra, Arizona Musicfest Orchestra, Cabrillo Festival Orchestra and frequently performs with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.
