The Johns Creek Convention and Visitors Bureau would like to invite you and your elementary student(s) to participate in a Field Trip in Johns Creek, GA on September 18, 2020.

Building on the foundational pillars of Johns Creek’s focus on education and its rich history and love for the arts and beautiful natural setting, the Johns Creek Convention and Visitors Bureau has created a day full of engaging and educational sessions in various locations throughout the city.

We have created a program that will teach your child(ren) about who lived on the land in Johns Creek before us from the Johns Creek Historical Society; introduce them to Johns Creek war veterans and hear real life stories of their time defending our great nation; and learn about the Vietnam war at The Wall That Heals by the Johns Creek Veterans Association. Johns Creek Beautification is sponsoring sculptor Eric Strauss to introduce students to his love for sculpting with a hands-on demonstration at Autrey Mill Nature Preserve where you can also attend an informative session on reptiles by one of the amazing Autrey Mill staff members
