Day 1

4:30pm Hope you came hungry! Kick-off your weekend with authentic Cuban apps and mojitos at Mojito Cafe. Enjoy, but save room…

6:30pm Get hands-on at one of A&S Culinary Concepts cooking classes. Courses in tapas & brewing – this is not your mother’s cooking school!

9:00pm Let the food comma commence! Or if you aren’t quite ready for the night to end, catch the latest blockbuster at Regal Movie Cinemas right down the street from your hotel.

Day 2

9:00am Rise and shine to get the first pick at the Newtown Park Farmer’s Market. Fresh, seasonal produce is the best souvenir and you’ll find it here Saturdays, May – September.

9:30am Even if you already got one at their Farmer’s Market stand, stop by Seven Sisters Scones for the most amazing scone of your life. Sweet and savory, with lots of gluten free options, they pair perfectly with their nitro-brewed coffee.

10:00am Work up an appetite shopping at The Forum – a walkable conglomerate of boutiques and brand name shops that have something for everyone.

12:00pm Finally, time for lunch! Head to 3 Brother’s BBQ to experience a a fresh take on BBQ – all natural ingredients and all delicious! BBQ sauce recipes so good, you might just have to take a bottle home with you!

2:00pm Cooking class, round two! Schedule a private class at Fan’s Cooking School to learn how to make all your favorite Chinese dishes at home. Spring rolls, wontons, dumplings, and oh so much more!

4:00pm Before heading to dinner, make sure to visit Prima Olive to sample the finest in extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars. An epicurean experience like no other!

6:30pm Time for an evening of piano, vocalists and amazing Italian food at Altobeli’s Restaurant and Piano Bar. It doesn’t get much better that this.

10:00pm Get a good night’s sleep – there’s a sweet finish ahead for you tomorrow.

Day 3

10:00am Sleep in and mosey on over to Egg Harbor Cafe – Aztec Omelette? Lobster Scrambler? Swedish Pancakes? Oh yes.

11:30am No trip to Johns Creek is complete without a visit to Whole Foods Market – it’s so much more than your average market, offering a wide variety of organic, non-GMO and fresh, bulk food products. Grab all the ingredients you’ll need for the recipes you mastered this weekend!

12:30pm Taste cake so good it just might change your life (well, at least we think so). Dig right in or take it to go at Piece of Cake bakery. You can’t go wrong with the red velvet!
